We employ automated AI vision classifiers alongside 24/7 human moderation teams. By utilizing our webcam services, you acknowledge that automated systems inspect video frames in real time to enforce compliance with safety guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
All software code, graphic user interfaces, brand assets, logos, and custom UI components are the exclusive property of Tinychat. Unpermitted copying or framing is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Tinychat is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted video uptime, match availability, or the behavior of random participants. Users interact with strangers at their own risk.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued usage of Tinychat following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
